I had to buy this for a class, it was painful to read. Words are overused, all concepts are over simplified, a child in middle school could read this easily.If this book is required for a class, amazon offers a great price.
If you are an adult who wants to learn on your own this probably isn't the book for you.

Impossible to read and use on for Mac. Ugh.
This would be a good book for junior high or high school students. Not what I was expecting. If you are looking for something very simple this is one to try.

Was taking a class that stressed critical thinking. This seems to be a buzz word for professors to use when asking you to answer essays. However, they don't really get into what it means to think critically. When you question them they claim you shoudl know. This book helps guide and give a good understanding of what it really means to think critically.
I got a number of books like this from the same authors and they do repeat, but the price was right.
This wasn't exactly what I was looking for it offers some valuable information.

I rated this at five stars for being engaging and also being an easy read. It gives good examples to follow and help you learn the basic fundamentals of critical thinking. I have a short attention span so being able to sit down and read this book in one sitting speaks volumes.
